What your ACSWP completion certificate means, what it records, and how someone else can have it verified.
What the certificate records
The certificate records successful completion of the stated requirements for the programme you enrolled in. It is not a professional licence, a professional registration or a guarantee of employment — see the full programme page for the scope of what completion means.
A completed certificate is expected to show: your name, the exact programme title, the issuer, your completion date, a unique certificate reference, the syllabus version you completed, and your renewal due date.
Renewal and validity
ACSWP training is renewable every three years. Your certificate and completion record remain part of your learning history permanently — renewal affects your current status under the programme's policy, not your original record. See the renewal page for details.
Verifying a certificate
Online certificate verification is not yet available.
Until a reliable verification system is in place, an employer or organisation that needs to verify someone's ACSWP certificate can do so through a staffed enquiry — contact the training team with the certificate reference and the learner's name. The confirmed certificate issuer and reference format will be published here once finalised.
